2. Subject of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the Provider (hereinafter: Website). The contract is concluded electronically between the purchaser (hereinafter: Customer) and the Provider, in the Hungarian language.

 

3. Order Process

1. The Customer selects the desired product or service.

2. The Customer submits the order by clicking the "Order" or "Purchase" button.

3. The Provider confirms receipt of the order via e-mail.

4. The contract is hereby concluded.

 

4. Prices and Payment Terms

• The prices displayed are gross prices, i.e., they include VAT (if the business is subject to VAT).

In accordance with Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the Customer (if qualified as a consumer) is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal:

• The Customer may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days of receiving the product (or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of services).

• The intention to withdraw must be communicated via e-mail or post.

• The product must be returned in an undamaged condition.

• The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer.

• The Provider shall refund the amount within 14 days.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if relevant):

• Products custom-made to the customer's specifications.

• Digital content, if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.

 

7. Complaint Handling

• The Customer may submit complaints using the Provider's contact details.

• The Provider shall record complaints in writing and respond to them within 14 days.
